Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services are non-cancellable once crews have been dispatched.
Property Access
By scheduling tree services, you grant Tree Service Lilburn GA and its employees access to your property as needed to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that the property boundaries and any underground utilities are clearly marked before work begins.
Liability & Insurance
